Sharing Experience was a one week project, envisioned as a forum for reviewing ways to cultivate the audiences, strengthening the relations with the community, develop effective models of arts organizations and help local artists to align with external trends.

Sharing Experience was a one week project, envisioned as a forum for reviewing ways to cultivate the audiences, strengthening the relations with the community, develop effective models of arts organizations and help local artists align with external trends.

The project agenda included 14 events:

  • 10 dance, vocal, and percussion workshops, dedicated to professionals, but opened to the public, coordinated by actor Filip Ristovsiki, percussionists Orlando Petriceanu and Mihai Ionescu, performers Judith State, and Valentina de Piante, dancers Ionut Picincu aka Hammer and Momo Sanno Peter, invited choreographer from Israel Yael Orni;
  • 2 dance performances, winner of the ALT National Choreography Competition – Grand Prize: What’s Left, by Daniela Sima and Layers, by Cristina Lilienfield;
  • a Drum-Up performance, by actors Orlando Petriceanu, Pavel Barsan, Mihai Axinte and the audience;
  • 2 public discussions on the artistic body, where guests were famous Romanian choreographer Răzvan Mazilu and actresses auditioning for director Andriy Zholdak’s theatre piece Rosmersholm, by Ibsen. Moderators were theatre critic Cristiana Gavrilă and journalist Lorena Lupu.
